Dubai property data is spread across the official register, listing portals and separate tools, making it hard for buyers and investors to compare asking and registered prices or understand an area’s direction.

Deal Maker designed and developed Amestate to bring transactions, rents, the index and listings onto one interactive map, with a market index, area comparison, a mortgage calculator and an AI assistant that answers in Arabic and English from published data.
