Privacy policy
This page explains how the Deal Maker website handles the information you send through the “Start a project” and “Contact” forms.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and company if provided, your project description or message, and the options you select in the form (such as stage, market, timing and indicative budget). We do not ask for payment details or official identity documents.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request and discuss your project. We send marketing content only if you explicitly opt in.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s database and are accessible only to authorised Deal Maker staff through a password-protected admin area. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Abuse protection
To protect the forms from automated spam, we keep a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address; the address itself is not stored.
Meeting requests
When you request an intro meeting we store your name and email (and phone and company if provided) and the requested slot, and use them only to confirm the meeting and send the link.
Automated assistant
Questions sent to “Ask Deal Maker” go to an AI provider to generate an answer from published website content only. By default we do not store conversations; they stay in your browser for the session only. Please don’t enter personal or confidential information in the chat.
Visit source
We attach the source of your visit (such as the campaign name or referring site and the first page you opened) to your request so we know which channels help. It is kept briefly in your browser and sent only with the request itself.
Our internal systems
Request details may be passed automatically to Deal Maker’s internal business systems (such as our CRM or automated follow-up agents) over signed, protected connections, solely to follow up on your request.
Anonymous statistics
We count a few events (such as profile downloads) as daily totals only, without any personal data or identifiers. If a traffic-measurement tool is enabled, it is a cookieless one that does not track you across sites.
Cookies
The site uses one cookie to remember your preferred language, and a session cookie for the admin area only. We do not use advertising trackers.
Retention
Requests and their notes are deleted automatically after the retention period set by the company (24 months by default), and technical delivery logs after 90 days. Backups roll over within two weeks.
Legal framework
We process data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law for our clients there, on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form and for the purpose of answering your request.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email INFO@DEALMAKERUAE.COM from the same address you used and we will respond within a reasonable time.
